Fantastic onsen with multiple pools plus a cute mountain view from my spacious room! The buffet dinner was an absolute dream—lovely variety!

The pillows felt like firm little bricks—who needs neck support anyway? Also, the sloped path to the hotel could send your luggage flying!

The Yuzawa Grand Hotel has beautifully maintained traditional Japanese decor, with spacious common areas providing plenty of seating. Its accessibility for seniors is commendable, with ramps and clear pathways throughout the hotel, making it easy to navigate.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

Perfectly located steps away from the train station, this resort exceeded our expectations. Spacious, modern rooms and excellent dining options made it a delight. I loved that I was just a few steps from Gangidori, where I discovered charming cafes and cozy restaurants. Mondo Park, which offered a peaceful break from the city hustle. the staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay even better despite the somewhat outdated bathroom.

The hotel is a gem with its cozy vibe, reminiscent of a large ryokan. The onsen facilities are exceptionally well maintained with a variety of baths, including an inviting cold one. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a wide selection of high-quality food. The view of the surrounding mountains from the dining area added a special touch to our meals.
